YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAWUpdated 8 days ago
If you are shopping with us from the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
This page explains how the right of withdrawal applies, the exceptions that may affect your order, and how to submit a withdrawal request.
Please note the following before submitting a request:
Unsealed items cannot be withdrawn.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return. Any such product that has been unsealed after delivery is not eligible for withdrawal.
Exceptions.
Please review the product page carefully before placing your order. Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law. Any applicable exclusion will be clearly stated on the relevant product page. We are not responsible for claims arising from a failure to review the product information provided before purchase.
Acknowledged exceptions.
Certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to the nature of the product. Where applicable, it is clearly disclosed at checkout, and you are required to acknowledge it before completing your purchase. Items you have acknowledged in this way are not eligible for withdrawal.
Return shipping.
If your withdrawal request is accepted, we send confirmation to your email address with return instructions. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
Please dispatch the item without undue delay. The return period expires 14 days after the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you dispatch the item before that 14-day period expires.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
