Pre-order items are new products available for purchase before their official release date. These items are typically shipped by the release date; however, shipping timeframes and item details may vary by product. Shipping schedules are subject to change based on operational circumstances. Please review the product page carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations and address changes are only accepted before the shipping preparation begins. Even if the order status is marked as unfulfilled, once the shipping information has been sent to the fulfillment center and the shipping process has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

For signed albums, due to the nature of the artist signature process, please kindly allow time for the shipment of your order. Please refer to "SIGNED ALBUMS."

NOTE: If your order contains both in-stock AND pre-order items together, the order will be shipped only once the pre-order item is available.

FIRST PRESS
"First-press" refers to the initial production run of an album. These versions often include extra bonuses (posters, special cards, etc) that are not found in later restocks. 

As there is no external difference to indicate first-press, these inclusions are not guaranteed and can only be verified after opening.
